Return Window
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Store credit or refund to original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized orders
Return Process
How to Return
- Initiate your return
- Log into your account and visit the order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Choose your preferred refund method
- Package your return
- Print the provided return shipping label
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and free gifts received
- Ship your return
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
- Keep your tracking number for reference
- No need to pay for return shipping - it's on us!
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 2 business days
- You'll receive an email confirming your refund
- Refund will be processed to original payment method
- Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear
- Store credit refunds are processed immediately
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Replacement item will be shipped immediately
- No need to wait for the return to be processed
